There are two areas set for large scale commercial development. One is the Orchard Development which is situated on the southeastern end of Bonne Terre and offers a large amount of Highway 67 frontage. The Orchard Development is in the TIF District. The second commercial development is on the northeastern side of town and it too offers Highway 67 frontage. Some of the businesses located there are the Super 8 Motel, Huddle House Restaurant, HO-WAH Chinese Restaurant, Eddings Masonry, and the Big River Sand drags, Sub Way, Save-A-Lot Grocery Store, Dollar General, Homestead Restaurant, Choice Auto Sales, and Judd’s Car Repair and Tow.
